How a consumer withdraws from a Maude Cloud subscription within 14 days, the model withdrawal form, and what we refund.

Your right to withdraw
If you buy Maude Cloud as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The full wording is in the Terms.
- Started with a free trial: the trial covers the 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Chose a plan that starts immediately: you asked us to start the service before the 14 days end. If you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you used.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example the form below, to cloud@maude.sh. We confirm by email and refund within 14 days through the original payment method.
Refunds
Outside the right of withdrawal, cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the period already paid. The rest is in section 6 of the Terms.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You do not have to use it. Any clear statement works.
